Overview Analytics
The Overview group in Analytics covers AI usage and activity across your whole organization:
- Conversations: how conversations between your users and AI models trend over time, which applications are used, and the most common intentions.
- Users: who is engaging with AI applications over time, and which users are most often associated with alerts.
- Alerts: overall alert trends, the intentions that most often trigger alerts, and the policies and policy actions responsible.
- Policies: the actions your policies took over the selected period.
- Data Tables: product data for export and your own analytics.
- Performance Metrics: platform performance over time.
Using an Overview dashboard
Select a dashboard under Analytics > Overview in the left navigation. The page shows the dashboard's title, a short description, and the dashboard itself.
- Date range and filters: these controls are inside each dashboard. There's no separate date picker for the whole Analytics page.
- Drill down: where a dashboard supports it, select a chart element to explore the data behind it.
- Download a card: use a card's download control to save it for sharing or offline analysis.
Note: Each dashboard loads from the analytics set up for your tenant, so a dashboard that isn't set up for your environment may not open. Data Tables opens only for the Super Admin role. Other roles who select it are taken to the Conversations dashboard.
