Troubleshooting
You see | What to do |
A guardrail is missing after reloading | It was never saved. Recreate it and use Save as Template. See Guardrail Studio: Save, Share & Export. |
NO RULES in a test result | Add at least one rule with a named intention. |
Add context first to generate rules | Write the Context before using Create it for Me or Refine guardrail. |
Warning message is required | Add a message to the Warn rule. |
Enter a number between 5 and 500 | Choose a test count in range. |
CSV must have a "prompt" column | Add a header row with a prompt column. |
Run validation first to identify failures | Run Step 2 before AI Refinement. See Guardrail Studio: Evaluate & Refine. |
All tests passed! No refinement needed. | Your guardrail already passes every test. Add harder tests. |
The status indicator shows System Degraded or System Offline | Some Studio services may be unavailable. Try again shortly, and contact WitnessAI if it persists. |
